The study is aimed to quantify antitumor activity of AZD4635 in syngeneic tumor models with different tumor microenvironment (TME) types and investigate modulation of TME components by AZD4635-based combination treatments. Model simulations enabled identification of synergistic drug combinations, which can be tested in further studies.
