In this work we developed a minimal PBPK model of T lymphocytes migration and homeostasis. Using model structure, in which the blood is mother compartment and other organs are the daughter compartments, we described recirculation of endogenous T cells and distribution of exogenously administered T lymphocytes in mouse organism.
